During the period, 53 new cases positive for SARS-CoV-2 were detected in Khanh Hoa Province. The new cases include 18 in Nha Trang City, 13 in Ninh Hoa District, 14 in Van Ninh, 4 in Cam Ranh City and 4 in Cam Lam District. All of the cases are in home-quarantined and locked-down and centralized quarantine areas.
7,265 cases positive for SARS-CoV-2 have been detected in Khanh Hoa since June 23 with infections identified in 8/9 districts and towns, including Nha Trang City with the most cases (4,152), making up nearly 2/3 of the infections, followed by Ninh Hoa Town (1,897), Van Ninh District (607), Dien Khanh District (261), Cam Ranh City (193), Cam Lam District (137), Khanh Vinh (17) and Khanh Son (1).
