66 new cases positive for SARS-CoV-2 were detected in Khanh Hoa Province from 8am to 4pm on July 10, according to Khanh Hoa Center for Disease Control. The new cases include 40 in Ninh Hoa Town, 20 in Nha Trang City, 3 in Van Ninh and 3 in Cam Lam.
As many as 235 community cases positive for SARS-CoV-2 have been recorded in Khanh Hoa since June 23. 2,241 F1 have been put under centralized quarantine in 6 locations and 4,165 F2 have been home quarantined. 63 areas related to the positive areas have been temporarily locked down.
Since July 9, Nha Trang, Ninh Hoa and Van Ninh have applied the 14-day social distancing order under the Prime Minister’s Directive 16; and the remaining districts and towns have been under the Prime Minister’s Directive 15.
