The Ministry of Health has just distributed 100 doses of AstraZeneca Covid-19 vaccines to Khanh Hoa Province, according to Dr. Ton That Toan, Deputy Director of Khanh Hoa Center for Disease Control on March 11.
The doses are scheduled to be given to the priority group of medical staff of Khanh Hoa Hospital of Tropical Diseases, which is specialized in Covid-19 treatment. Reportedly, before getting vaccinated on March 12, the medical staff have completed health declaration and received consultancy. Any of their COVID-19 vaccine reactions after vaccination will be monitored.
Since the Covid-19 pandemic, Khanh Hoa has had 83 confirmed cases, including 2 locally transmitted. Others are citizens, experts and crew from abroad. All have been cured and discharged so far.
