Nha Trang University has just donated 4 automatic dispensing machines to Van Ninh District People’s Committee (1 machine) and Khanh Hoa Youth Union (3 machines). The machines will be put in different locations to provide free rice for disadvantaged people during the COVID -19.
Reportedly, the automatic dispensing machines were designed and made by Nha Trang University's Mechanical Engineering Faculty, based on such criteria as being stable, accurate, speedy and easy for use, maintenance and repair. The machines are able to contain 350kg, enough for 175 times of rice distribution. Each time takes 3-10 seconds.
Earlier, through Khanh Hoa Red Cross, Nha Trang University had donated more than 2 tons of rice to needy people affected by COVID-19 pandemic.
