Nakri Storm weakened into a tropical depression at 11p.m tonight (November 10). The tropical depression was at 12.8°N and 109.4°E, right on the coast of the provinces of Phu Yen – Khanh Hoa with maximum sustained wind speeds of 50-60kph (level 7) and the gust expected at level 9.
In the next 12 hours, the tropical depression will move deeper inland at 10-15kph and weaken into a tropical area in the border zone of Vietnam and Cambodia with winds downgraded to under level 6 (below 40kph).
