Nakri Storm was at 12.6°N and 111.3°E, 220km east from the provinces of Binh Dinh – Khanh Hoa with maximum sustained wind speeds of 90-100kph (level 10) and the gust expected at level 13 at 10a.m on November 10.
 
In the next 12 hours, the storm will head west west-north at 10-15kph. At 10p.m on November 10, the storm will be at 12.9 °N and 109.5°E, right on the coast of the central provinces of Binh Dinh – Khanh Hoa with wind speeds of 75-90kph (level 9) and the gust expected at level 12. 
 

 

 
In the next 12-24 hours, the storm will head west at 10-15kph inland in the provinces of Binh Dinh, Phu Yen and Khanh Hoa with winds at level 8-9 and the gust expected at level 11 and then weaken into a tropical depression. At 10am on November 11, the tropical depression will be at 13.2°N and 107.8°E on the Central Highlands with winds at level 6 and the gust at level 8 (40-50 kph).
