Khanh Hoa Province has forced a sea ban since 12 noon of November 10. Evacuation of laborers working at sea will be finished before 15pm the same day.
 

Khanh Hoa Province has forced a sea ban since 12 noon of November 10. Evacuation of laborers working at sea will be finished before 15pm the same day.

Khanh Hoa has 245 vessels with 1,365 laborers who are operating at sea. Among them are eight vessels with 61 laborers in the waters of Ninh Thuan Province and Binh Thuan Province; 24 vessels with 139 laborers in the waters of the Spratly Islands; 213 vessels with 1,165 laborers working in the waters from Vung Tau City to Kien Giang Province. 24 vessels in the waters of Spratly Islands have moved south of the Spratly Islands.

Khanh Hoa has 5,600 laborers working in 2,462 at-sea aquaculture rafts with 54,049 aquaculture cages. 
 
The locals have been proactive in reinforcing and protecting their property. The localities have been actively evacuating at-sea laborers.
