Nha Trang Technical & Technological College’s Trade Union held cooking contest themed “Cozy and happy family meal” 2019 for its staff on June 28.
The event drew the participation of 35 contestants representing 7 teams. Within 120 minutes, each team prepared a family meal containing 2 compulsory and 3 optional dishes and 1 dessert. The food was judged based on taste, nutritional balance; food safety and hygiene; presentation, and introduction.
The first prize went to the Mechanic Department's Trade Group. Besides, 1 second and 2 third prizes and other awards were presented.
