Scholarships offered by Sacombank Khanh Hoa whenever a new school year starts are such an encouragement to needy students to overcome difficulties and make further effort in study.
 
At the 2018 - 2019 school year ceremony, Sacombank Khanh Hoa donated 65 scholarships worth VND1 million each and 1 backpack to needy students at Phan Boi Chau High School (Cam Ranh City), Tran Binh Trong High School (Cam Lam District), Le Quy Don Gifted School, Hoang Van Thu High School, Nguyen Van Troi High School, Pham Van Dong High School and 5 scholarships worth VND3 million each and a backpack to Nha Trang University students.
 
An eleventh-grader named Le Nguyen Thuy Vy, Class 11B11, is one of the scholarship beneficiaries. Born into a poor family, she has tried her best to overcome her financial hardship and sickness to get good results in study. She was graded excellent in the 2017 - 2018 school year. The scholarship has inspired her more to maintain her academic excellence in the new school year.

Another student named Nguyen Tien Thanh, Class 11B5, says, “I’m an orphan brought up by my maternal relative. I feel lucky to receive the scholarship. I will try more in study.” Hoang Thai Uyen Nhi, Class 12C3 and Nguyen Hoang Quy, Class 11B6 also shared the same feelings and determination.
 
Sacombank scholarships “Bringing dreams to life” has been an annual activity of Sacombank since 2004 in order to help students in need to pursue education and dreams. Over the past 15 years, the bank has donated more than 34,000 scholarships totaling nearly VND40 billion. In 2018 alone, Sacombank spent nearly VND3.9 billion worth of over 3,000 scholarships offered to needy students nationwide.
 
Apart from scholarship donation, Sacombank has maintained many activities towards to the community such as new year celebration for orphans, disabled children, isolated elders and disadvantaged families nationwide; a cross-country race called “Sacombank - Running for Community and Health” to promote physical exercise and sports practice among teenagers; and blood donation days.
 
Sacombank has just held Sacombank 2018 Semester, a potential trainee program to provide opportunities for the Third-year students and final-year students to experience the actual working environment and sharpen their professional skills.
