2nd-class Labor Medal awarded to Thai Nguyen Junior High School

Thai Nguyen Junior High School, Nha Trang City, held a closing ceremony for the school year 2015-2016 and receive the 2nd - class Labor Medal on May 25. Present at the event was Le Duc Vinh, Deputy Secretary of Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee, Provincial People’s Committee Chairman.

 

On behalf of the State President, Le Duc Vinh grants 2nd-class Labor Medal to the school.

 

In the 2015-2016 academic year, Thai Nguyen Junior High School continued keeping the title as one of the leading schools with great achievements. Students graded good and above accounted for 88.5%, including 65.1% graded excellent. The school won many prizes, including 41 prizes in the Provincial Excellent Contest; English public Speaking Contest; 37 medals in the Provincial Phu Dong Sports Festival, 6 medals in the National Phu Dong Sports Festival, etc.

 

Over the past 5 years, Thai Nguyen Junior High School has been awarded many certificates of merit and emulation flags by the Prime Minister, Ministry of Education & Training and Khanh Hoa People’s Committee.

 

At the event, the school had an honor to receive the 2nd - class Labor Medal by the State President for its outstanding achievements. Speaking at the ceremony, Le Duc Vinh appreciated satisfactory results and asked for more concern from local departments to help the school fulfill its teaching and learning assignment; and teachers’ continued effort in professional development to be good examples for students to follow. Excellent students in the 2015-2016 school year were commended and awarded on this occasion.
