Le Xuan Than, Deputy Chairman of Khanh Hoa Provincial People’s Committee, Head of the Khanh Hoa University Foundation Steering Board, has presided over a meeting on the foundation of Khanh Hoa University based on Nha Trang Teacher Training College and Nha Trang Culture, Art & Tourism College, under Khanh Hoa Provincial People’s Committee.
From now to 2020, Khanh Hoa University will provide 4-year undergraduate programs in cultural management; traditional musical instrument performance; tourism and travel management; English language and Russian language. 3-year courses are in the existing training fields of Nha Trang Teacher Training College and Nha Trang Culture, Art & Tourism College.
Its new location will be in Vinh Luong Commune, Nha Trang City with a total area of 10ha. Khanh Hoa University is expected to begin its first enrollment of about 300 in the 2015-2016 school year, up to 2,400 by the end of 2020 and up to 8,000 for the period 2020-2025.
