Le Duc Vinh, Khanh Hoa Provincial Standing Committee Member, Provincial People’s Committee Deputy Chairman had a working session on September 23 with the delegation of the German International Cooperation (GIZ) to implement the project “Flood control and drainage for medium-sized coastal cities for adaptation to climate change”.
The project which includes training through courses, conferences and meetings is a non-refundable aid from the German Government. The training is scheduled to take place in 2 years, 2014 and 2015.
GIZ suggested a project development plan, waste water collection and treatment price schedule, etc. Le Duc Vinh approved the suggestion, adding that GIZ would transfer experience for defining orientation and feasibility measures; building a waste water collection and treatment price schedule, etc.
