This snack is composed of ice shavings and various ingredients such as sweetened condensed milk, fruit syrups, various fruits such as strawberries, kiwifruit, and bananas, small pieces of tteok (rice cake), chewy jelly bits, and cereal flakes.

The shaved ice is from fresh milk. Kinds of sauce are made by special recipes. Bubu Café now serves bingsu with 9 ingredients, including cantaloupe, watermelon, mango, strawberry, mixed fruits, chocolate, cheese, Oreo cookies and jelly.
