Khanh Hoa Provincial Journalists’ Association and Khanh Hoa Provincial Department of Culture and Sports opened the 2019 Spring Newspaper Festival of Khanh Hoa Province on January 29. Presenting at the opening ceremony were Nguyen Tan Tuan, Permanent Deputy Secretary of Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People’s Council; Nguyen Dac Tai, Vice-Chairman of Khanh Hoa Provincial People’s Committee; Tran Ngoc Thanh, Chairman of Khanh Hoa Provincial Fatherland Front Committee; Ho Van Mung, Head of Khanh Hoa Provincial Department of Propaganda & Training; and leaders of the provincial departments and organizations.
The 2019 edition of the Spring Newspaper Festival takes place at Khanh Hoa Provincial Cultural Center (No.5 2-4 Street, Nha Trang) from January 29 to February 13. The festival displays hundreds of spring publications of numerous newspapers and magazines over the country. A showcase of unique bonsai trees is a new part of this year’s festival.
Reportedly, at the closing ceremony, the festival’s organization committee will honor the businesses which have contributed to the 2019 Spring Newspaper Festival and the articles of good quality and content about Khanh Hoa.
