By the end of 2021, the disbursement rate of public investment capital in the province reached 97.1% that was the highest rate ever. However, the provincial People's Committee determines that in 2022 public investment still plays an important role, creating a driving force for general development as the economy is still difficultt. Therefore, the disbursement of public investment should be carried out urgently at all levels from the beginning of the year. To achieve this task, the provincial People's Committee requires departments, branches and localities to improve their responsibilities in management, effectively use public investment capital, and accelerate implementation of projects.

In which, the capital from the local budget is more than 2,625 billion VND; capital supported by the central has a target of nearly 543.7 billion VND; ODA and concessional loans from abroad are more than 127.6 billion VND; capital from overspending is 272.6 billion VND.
