Currently, Khatoco has 31 units, operating in 9 economic groups. The corporation is creating jobs for more than 4,500 workers with an average salary of more than 13.5 million VND/person/month. Accordingly, 100% of employees are given labor contracts and fully equipped with protective clothing, working in safe conditions. In the process of production and business, the company always strives to improve working conditions, build a working place with corporate culture, harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations towards the sustainable development. In addition to fully implementing social insurance, health and unemployment insurance, Khatoco also buys life insurance for employees.


Every year, Khatoco pays salaries on time and raises salaries for employees. The corporate also pays the 13th month salary with over 10 million VND/person. Workers are provided with shuttle and shift meal with a support level of more than 700,000 VND/person/month. Annually, workers are given health check-up twice. Dam Thi Hao, a worker of Khatoco Garment Factory said, “Over 10 years of working, I always consider Khatoco as my big family. Khatoco not only creates jobs and income but also takes care of many aspects of life for employees. In 2020, when the Covid-19 epidemic had bad influence on production, but the corporate has still paid wages or bonuses for workers. The company has also prevented the epidemic well, ensuring the health and safety of workers.”

Besides, Khatoco also signed collective labor agreement with many benefits for employees. Every year, the company organizes tours for employees to travel. Typically, the company organized for 700 employees to travel with a total budget of nearly 5 billion VND. For workers in difficulty, the company always cares and helps to overcome the situation. The company always listens to desires and answers to workers. As a result, the workers are very excited, actively working and creative. Many technical innovation initiatives are implemented by employees, contributing tens of billions of dong/year to the company. In addition, Khatoco has attached importance to organizing training classes to improve skills for employees. On average, each year, Khatoco organizes more than 150 training courses for more than 4,000 workers with a total cost of more than 1 billion VND.

 

The trade union of Khatoco operated quite effectively, well performed the function of representing and protecting legal and legitimate rights and interests of employees. Nguyen Thanh Tuyen - Vice Chairman of Khatoco Trade Union said, “The enterprise always facilitates the operation of the trade union. In addition, Khatoco is also a bright spot in social and charity activities. Over the past time, the enterprise has spent billions of dong participating in charity social work, donating funds to charities, building schools, supporting poverty reduction according Program 30a, building houses of gratitude, awarding school scholarships, etc.
