However, envelopes with images of Vietnam dong of US dollar paper notes which are forbidden reappear in the market this year. They sell mainly on social networks like Facebook, Zalo.
According to Nguyen Hoai Chieu, director of the State Bank – Khanh Hoa Branch, envelopes with printed Vietnam dong paper notes are illegal products. Therefore, selling, buying and using this kind of envelopes are banned.
