Nha Trang City People’s Committee organized the opening ceremony of Nha Trang-Khanh Hoa Spring Flower Festival 2023 on January 14 night (lunar December 23). Present at the cceremony were Ho Van Mung, Alternate Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of Nha Trang City Party Committee; Dinh Van Thieu, Deputy Chairman of Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee; and leaderships of some provincial departments, sectors and Nha Trang City.

This is the tenth year in a row that Nha Trang - Khanh Hoa Spring Flower Festival has been organized at Yen Phi Park and Children's Park. The 2023 festival displays more than 500 works and more than 250 entries for competitions of tropical orchid, temperate orchid, bon sai with flowers, small bon sai, medium bon sai, large bon sai, miniatures, viewing stones, ornamental dry trees, and red-whiskered bulbul. These are the works of the artisans in Khanh Hoa and the provinces of Ninh Thuan, Lam Dong, Phu Yen, Binh Dinh.

Within the framework of the festival, there is a folk music festival. The festival ends on January 26 (lunar January 5).
