Ninh Hoa Town People’s Committee has recently issued the organization plan for the flower boat festival and boat race on Dinh River.

Accordingly, the activity takes place on Dinh River, from Sat Bridge to Chi Tru Dam, on January 29 morning (lunar January 8). The boats representing the communes, wards and businesses in the town will take part in 2 events of the activity, including flower boat contest and boat race (traditional boats and kayak).
