According to the plan of Khanh Hoa Provincial Department of Culture and Sports, the 31st music festival for soldiers takes place from December 20 to 24; festival for singing and dance groups on December 25 and 26; program namely magic gift box held by Century Advertising and Investment Joint Stock Company (Ho Chi Minh City) from December 27, 2022 to January 2, 2023; music show of Hai Dang Song and Dance Troupe takes place at 7:30pm on December 29. The New Year countdown of Century Advertising and Investment Joint Stock Company is organized on the evening of December 31.

The artists of Khanh Hoa Provincial Center of Culture and Cinema are practicing for their two shows, the 31st music festival for soldiers and the festival for singing and dance groups. The former is joined by 20 public art groups of localities, armed forces, schools, and businesses with over 600 amateur singers and performers. Especially, this year’s music festival for soldiers will feature the participation of the art group of Truong Sa (Spratly) District. For the festival for singing and dance groups, after the preliminary round, six dance groups were selected to perform on the occasion of New Year 2023. This festival is expected to be organized at a larger scale in Nha Trang-Khanh Hoa Sea Festival 2023.
The art show of Hai Dang Song and Dance Troupe, namely Khanh Hoa - potential, aspiration, bright, includes 16 performances about homeland, national sea and islands, spring, and love. Reportedly, the troupe has made some changes in staging their New Year 2023 repertoires to bring audience an atmosphere of modern, vibrant, and lyrical music. New performances combined with old repertoires staged in a new style promises a quality show.
An event that often captures a lot of attention of the public, especially young people, is the New Year countdown. The event will feature DJs Onionn, Bassjackers, Vietnam’s popular singers such as Gill, Marzuz, Ung Hoang Phuc, Osad, Bao Thy, Miu Le, Karik, and diva Hong Nhung.
