At the meeting, the representatives of Viet Thuong Music Joint Stock Company and Phuong Viet Holding Group Co., Ltd. (Ho Chi Minh City) informed the attendees about the overall programs of Sea Festival 2023. The two businesses proposed four programs: opening program, art and fashion show; music program, and closing program.

After listening to the opinions of the attendees, Dinh Van Thieu agreed to hold a bidding to choose the organizer of Sea Festival 2023. The selection criteria must be based on funding; programs’ content; mascot; communication plan, branding of Nha Trang-Khanh Hoa Sea Festival. The organizer should be decided by the end of February 2023 to ensure the success of the sea festival.
Dinh Van Thieu also basically agreed that a drone light show Brilliant Nha Trang with 2,023 drones will take place at the end the opening ceremony.
Sea Festival 2023 is scheduled to take place from June 3 to 6, 2023 under the theme Khanh Hoa - Aspiration for Development.
