Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee recently issued a document approving the proposal of the provincial Department of Culture and Sports on the organization of Nha Trang-Khanh Hoa Sea Festival 2023. The provincial People's Committee also assigned the department to assume the prime responsibility and coordinate with related agencies, units and localities to implement the preparations for the festival.

The tenth edition of the sea festival wasn’t organized in 2019 as planned due to the outbreak of Covid-19 pandemic. Reportedly, in 2023, together with the event to celebrate the 370th anniversary of establishment and development of Khanh Hoa Province, the provincial Department of Culture and Sports will propose many cultural, sports and tourism activities to create joyful atmosphere and promote the image of Nha Trang-Khanh Hoa to domestic and international tourists. The province is also boosting activities and tourism stimulus programs to revive the province’s economy. Therefore, it is suitable to organize Nha Trang-Khanh Hoa Sea Festival in 2023.
