The committee assigned the provincial Department of Culture and Sports to assume the responsibility and cooperate with relevant agencies and localities to implement legal procedures for the construction of the memorial stele in accordance with current regulations. The implementation expense will be taken from the merit fund of the provincial Monument Conservation Center.
