Khanh Hoa awarded two prizes at 2019 International Letter-Writing Competition launched in Vietnam

The results of the 2019 Universal Postal Union (UPU) International Letter-Writing Competition which was launched at national level in Vietnam were announced on April 25. Accordingly, two pupils of Khanh Hoa Province were given consolation prizes. 

The results of the 2019 Universal Postal Union (UPU) International Letter-Writing Competition which was launched at national level in Vietnam were announced on April 25. Accordingly, two pupils of Khanh Hoa Province were given consolation prizes. They were Pham Ngoc Khanh Vy, eighth grade pupil, and Luu Nguyen Quynh Chi, sixth grade pupil of Bui Thi Xuan Junior High School, Nha Trang.
 
The 2019 nation-level competition, jointly organized by the Ministry of Information and Communications and other units, was open to pupils up to the age of 15 years with the theme “Write a letter about your hero”.
 
The competition received more than one million entries across the country. The letter of a pupil of Nam Sach High School (Hai Duong Province) was given first prize and was selected to send to the UPU international competition.
