The photo competition received the works of entrants from 14 countries and territories. The winners were announced lately at the 51st TC Session in Guangzhou, China. The first prize was awarded to the photo of Vietnamese entrant Luong Thanh Hai. Two second prizes and two third prizes were given to the national meteorological centers of China and Hong Kong; two consolation prizes were offered to the Japan Meteorological Agency and the National Meteorological Center of China.
