Taking part in the festival were more than 150 non-professional singers and dancers from Sao Mai Care and Education Center for Children with Disabilities, Nha Trang Blind People’s Association, Khanh Hoa Social Sponsoring Center, Khanh Hoa Rehabilitation & Education Center for Children with Disabilities, and the associations for people with disabilities of Ninh Hoa Town, Van Ninh District, Cam Ranh City, Khanh Vinh District, Dien Khanh District, and Cam Lam District.

The participants performed music items about love for the fatherland, Communist Party, Uncle Ho and the optimism for life.
At the end of the festival, the organization committee gave seven A prizes, three B prizes to the units; 14 gold medals and 14 silver medals to the outstanding items.
