Two Nha Trang writers awarded prizes at writing contest about Russia

A writing contest about the memories of Russia and Vietnam-Russia friendship was launched by the Vietnam-Russia Friendship Association to celebrate the centenary of the October Revolution (November 7, 1917 – November 7, 2017).
 

A writing contest about the memories of Russia and Vietnam-Russia friendship was launched by the Vietnam-Russia Friendship Association to celebrate the centenary of the October Revolution (November 7, 1917 – November 7, 2017).
 
327 entries were sent to the contest. Finally, 38 writers were awarded at an annual conference of the Vietnam-Russia Friendship Association taking place recently in Lang Son City.

Nguyen Hanh An and Nguyen Thi Thu Thanh from Nha Trang were awarded first and consolation prizes respectively. An’s work was titled “The immortal love in the country of birch trees” while Thanh wrote about the unforgettable years.
