At the meeting, many questions and suggestions were proposed to the department, such as regulations about art performances to serve tourists held at restaurants and hotels; improvement of the administrative formalities; price for billboard advertising.

The leader of the department listened to and gave answers to the questions; informed the businesses about the current situation of administrative process in the culture and sports section and the inspecting and resolving the advertising violations; introduced the province’s Online Public Service Center to the businesses; and so on.
Reportedly, the provincial Department of Culture and Sports holds the meeting annually to listen to and answer the questions from the businesses.
